Immerse yourself in the study of American Sign Language (ASL) in this 3-week course focused on communication with Deaf individuals. This course is designed to allow for rapid progress in developing ASL skills and expand your sign vocabulary. This course is open to all students interested in developing conversational competence and takes a totally immersive approach through classroom conversation lab activities field trips and online exercises. This course will also allow you to interact with the local Deaf community to enhance your skills and cultural competence.
